WELCOME! Thank you for your registration for my Radiant Renewal 2026 Mexico Retreat! I am so looking forward to sharing this amazing journey with you.
Once you fill out this application, I will connect with you within 3 days to schedule a call to answer questions, to make sure our intentions align and that this is the perfect retreat for you.If we are a great fit, your space will be considered filled when payment has cleared. Payment constitutes acceptance of both these terms and the cancellation policy for this retreat at the bottom of this form. I will not charge your payment until after we have spoken and you have been invited to join.

RETREAT INVESTMENT:
This retreat is an investment in yourself - and my goal is to create an experience worthy of that investment. I offer two price points (Early Bird and Standard) and I encourage you to take advantage of Early Bird pricing by securing your spot with full payment by July 8th, 2025.

All prices are in CAD and there is no tax. I accept credit card payments, and for anyone paying with cash, cheque, or money order, I will offer an additional 2% savings.
​
USD payment is preferred for non-Canadian residents - contact Carla for the current exchange rate.
A $500 non-refundable deposit secures your place (regardless of room type). 50% of your remaining balance is due by August 15, 2025 (or immediately upon registration if after August 15), and full payment is due by October 1, 2025. Any registrations after October 1st must be paid in full at the time of registering.

*Should the CAD/USD exchange rate fluctuate by more than 5%, a small adjustment may be applied to cover increased retreat-related costs. If this occurs, you'll be notified in advance and given a clear breakdown of any changes.

Single Occupancy: $6,295 CAD
Double Occupancy: $5,295 CAD
Triple Occupancy: $4,795 CAD

Standard Pricing (after July 8, 2025):

Single Occupancy: $7,295 CAD
Double Occupancy: $6,295 CAD
Triple Occupancy: $5,795 CAD

Save $1,000 by securing your spot with full payment by July 8.
Cancellation Policy:
It is your responsibility to read and understand this cancellation policy. While no one books a retreat with the intention of cancelling, unexpected events do occur, and I strongly encourage you to purchase travel and cancellation insurance to protect your investment.

Because this retreat is limited to just 15 participants to create an intimate, high-touch experience, the following policy is in place:

All deposits ($500) are non-refundable. Your deposit is transferable to another person for the same retreat subject to approval.

Cancellations made between August 16, 2025 and October 1, 2025 will result in a loss of 50% of the total retreat fee.

Cancellations made after October 1, 2025 will result in a total loss of funds.

No exceptions will be made for cancellations due to illness, weather, travel delays, emergencies, or personal circumstances.

No refunds are available for late arrivals, early departures, or unused portions of the retreat.

Final payment is due by October 1, 2025. If you register after October 1, 2025, full payment is due upon registration to secure your spot.

All prices are listed in CAD. Should the USD/CAD exchange rate shift by more than 5%, a small adjustment may be applied to cover increased costs. You will be notified in advance.

In the unlikely event that Carla Wainwright must cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

Liability:

By registering for this retreat, you acknowledge and agree that Carla Wainwright and any associated retreat instructors or facilitators are not liable for any personal injury, illness, property loss, delay, or other unforeseen circumstances that may occur before, during, or after the retreat.

You agree to assume full responsibility for your own health, well-being, and participation, and understand that all activities are voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

Carla Wainwright reserves the right to modify the retreat schedule or content as necessary. Additionally, she is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to travel delays, changes in transportation, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond her control - including additional expenses related to meals, lodging, or transit outside the scope of the retreat program.
